Article Processing Charge

This journal charges the following author fees :

  1. Article Submission: 0.00 (USD)
    Authors are NOT required to pay an Article Submission Fee.
  2. Article processing charges (APCs) / Article Publication Fee: 10.00 (USD). All accepted articles that are initially submitted at January 1st 2025 or later will be subject to this article processing charge (APC).
  3. We really appreciate collaboration papers, and do not encourage papers with a single (sole) author. A paper with a single author is charged twice the above fee (USD 20.00). This journal does not impose a limit on the number of pages a manuscript may contain; however, any published manuscript exceeding 10 pages will incur an additional charge of USD 2.00 per page beyond the 10th page.
  4. This fee includes: DOI registration for each paper; checking the article similarity via Turnitin; and final editing of the paper.
  5. If the manuscript is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee of USD 10.00 to cover publication costs. This charge covers the first 10 pages; any published manuscript over 10 pages will incur an extra charge of USD 2.00 per page.
  6. This journal charges the article publication fee to support the cost of wide open access dissemination of research results, manage the various costs associated with handling and editing submitted manuscripts, and support the journal's management and publication in general. Authors or their institutions are requested to pay this publication fee for each accepted article.
  7. Manuscripts submitted by high impact authors (first author or corresponding author with a minimum Scopus/WoS h-index of 10) and with at least two authors from different countries are eligible for a 100% discount on the APC (i.e., the APC is waived).
  8. An author or group of authors who cannot afford the publication fee may be eligible for a partial waiver of publication fees. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work. This partial waiver is intended primarily for authors from low-income countries without funding.
  9. A waiver or partial waiver of author fees may be decided by the editor in cases of lack of funding, excessive manuscript length, or other reasonable reasons provided by the author during submission. The author should clearly state the request for a waiver in the comments to the Editor box during submission. A waiver is unlikely to be granted if not requested at this stage. The waiver will have no effect on the review result.
